Focus should be on finding ways to enable growth of medical technicians like EKG technicians, nursing assistants, trained CPR/BLS professionals and phlebotomy professionals, whose work can become monotonous and de-motivating after a while.

Employee satisfaction is not enough to retain the best and the brightest workers in your facility. Engagement of employees in the best possible way, so that they can get a chance to become more efficient and also perform better, is important. Regular surveys that let hospitals and healthcare facilities to gauge the levels of employee satisfaction must be administered.
