Shortage of Certified Nursing Assistants in New Jersey

Shortage of Certified Nursing Assistants in New Jersey

There is a crisis in New Jersey currently.  Nursing homes and hospitals encounter the increasing demand for care, but the lack of well, trained health care professionals who can provide the demand.  As an admissions, I’ve encountered agencies throughout New Jersey who are in desperate need of help.  The headlines of health magazines and newspapers are indeed revealing the truth behind the situation.
Your care and your compassion is more valuable than you can imagine.  There is nothing more gratifying than helping someone through a rough time in their life.  You’ll improve yourself too.  Careers are hard to start. However, Certified Nursing Assistants have the benefit of beginning somewhere important. Once you complete the training, finding work is a realistic expectation.

In other words, Certified Nursing Assistants are highly employable because of the skills they learn. You can change someone’s life including yours.
Furthermore, nursing homes and hospitals provide excellent tuition assistance for colleges and universities. You can advance your career while earning a good wage too. Being that a C.N.A certification is a prerequisite to be accepted into a nursing school, such as Rutgers, it’s a certification course that holds prestige and is respected throughout the medical industry.
There is no straight line to success. There is no right way to achieve your goals either, but a C.N.A license is a jump start to something better in your life.
