The change happened rapidly. It occurred right in front of our faces. It’s been a difficult past couple of months. The senior care providers and health care systems are under tremendous amounts of pressure. It’s not just about keeping the elderly safe, but reassuring them that they’re going to be okay. The pandemic affects people in more ways than one. It can include physical, spiritual, and emotional. It’s not the pandemic that causes the most stress though it’s the uncertainty. There an emotional uncertainty and confusion among the population who are not necessarily accustomed to situations like these.
